The intelligence

An AI assistant that has actually read your studio

A general chatbot can write you a treatment-shaped paragraph. It cannot tell you what you quoted this client last year, which director they have already seen, or where the deck from that pitch ended up. 360’s assistant answers from your own projects, contacts and documents — and proposes changes rather than making them.

  • Grounded in your projects, contacts and knowledge base
  • Searches your connected Dropbox alongside the platform
  • Proposes updates and bookings for a human to confirm
Assistant
Which directors are free the week of the Kessler shoot?
Three are open that week: Rossi, Lindqvist and Okafor. Rossi last worked with Kessler on City Nights.
Pencil Rossi for Kessler — confirm

Answers from your data, not a plausible guess

The assistant is grounded in what is actually in your instance: the projects your team updates, the contacts and relationships in the CRM, and the knowledge base your company maintains. That changes the kind of question you can ask — from "write me something about this" to "what did we do the last time this client briefed us".

  • Grounded in live projects, contacts and the knowledge base
  • Answers that cite the records they came from
  • Useful on client history, past quotes and internal process alike

Your Dropbox, searchable in the same place

Most of a production company’s institutional memory is in documents — treatments, budgets, decks, call sheets — sitting in a shared drive nobody can search properly. Connected Dropbox search brings those into the same question, so the answer does not stop at the edge of the platform.

  • Connected Dropbox search across the team’s documents
  • Documents and platform records answered together
  • The knowledge base kept as a living document, not a wiki nobody opens

It proposes; a person approves

An assistant that silently edits your pipeline is a liability, and in a business where a wrong booking costs real money, that is not a theoretical concern. 360’s assistant drafts updates, status changes and bookings as proposals. A human confirms every one — the AI never writes on its own.

  • Every change surfaced as a proposal, never an unattended write
  • A clear record of what was proposed and who approved it
  • Permissions respected — the assistant cannot surface what you cannot see

Common questions

Can the assistant change our data on its own?
No. It drafts proposals — updates, status changes, bookings — and a person confirms each one. Unattended writes are deliberately not a feature.
Does it respect our permissions?
Yes. The assistant works inside the same permission model as the rest of the platform, so it cannot surface records a user is not entitled to see — including gated financial figures.
What can it search?
Your projects, contacts and knowledge base inside 360, plus a connected Dropbox, so answers cover both the structured records and the documents around them.
