2. Hosting and server logs

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA. The application is served from Vercel’s Frankfurt (eu-central) region. When you visit the site, Vercel processes the data your browser transmits — IP address, date and time, requested URL, referrer, browser and operating system — to deliver the page and to detect and defend against abuse.

Legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR: our legitimate interest in operating a secure, functioning website. Transfers to the USA are covered by Vercel’s data processing agreement including the EU standard contractual clauses (Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR). 3. Cookieless analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to understand which pages are visited and how quickly they load. Neither sets cookies or stores identifiers in your browser. Page views are attributed to a session using a hash generated from the request that is discarded after the visit; data is aggregated and not used to identify individuals across sites.

Legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR: our legitimate interest in measuring and improving the site. Because no information is stored on or read from your device, no consent under § 25 TDDDG is required.

4. Demo request form

If you request a demo, we process the data you enter: name, company, work email, optionally team size and your message, plus the page language. We use it solely to arrange and conduct the requested demo and to follow up on it.

The request is transmitted to us by email via Resend (resend.com), an email delivery service based in the USA, under a data processing agreement including the EU standard contractual clauses. Your IP address is processed briefly to limit automated submissions and is not stored with your request.

Legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract at your request). We retain demo requests for as long as needed to handle them and for a reasonable period thereafter, unless a customer relationship follows, in which case the data is kept under the terms of that relationship.

5. Fonts and third-party content

Web fonts are served from our own hosting. No request is made to Google Fonts or any other font provider when you load the site. The site embeds no third-party scripts, videos or social-media widgets.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21 GDPR). Where processing is based on consent you may withdraw it at any time with effect for the future.
