The pipeline

Production pipeline software that matches how you actually work

Most production companies track projects in three places at once: a spreadsheet for the board, an inbox for the detail, and someone’s memory for the rest. 360’s pipeline puts every project on a single board that moves through the stages your production actually uses — so a job never reaches production missing the director, the budget or the client contact.

  • One board from cold request to delivered film
  • Required fields enforced per stage, not per hope
  • Separate request, pitch, production and post teams on the same project

Stages that mirror your production, not a generic CRM

A software pipeline built for sales has one shape: lead, qualified, won. A production company has a different one — requests that may never become pitches, pitches that die at treatment stage, jobs that go on hold for a quarter and come back. 360 models that shape directly, and each stage carries its own view so the board stays readable at every scale.

  • Configurable stages from first request through pitch, production, post and archive
  • Per-stage views so a producer in post is not reading pitch fields
  • Transitions that check the project is actually ready to move

Required fields that stop the gaps before they cost you

The expensive mistakes are almost never dramatic. A job enters production without a confirmed director. A budget is agreed verbally and never written down. 360 attaches required fields to the transition, not to the form — a project cannot move into production until the fields production depends on are actually filled in.

  • Field requirements defined per status transition
  • Clear, in-context prompts rather than a validation wall
  • An audit trail of who moved what, and when

On-hold and dead projects, handled honestly

Every production company’s board eventually fills with jobs nobody will admit are dead. That is not a tidiness problem — it makes pipeline reporting meaningless. 360 gives on-hold and dead projects their own handling, so revenue forecasts reflect real work and the board reflects what the team is actually doing this week.

  • On-hold status that keeps history without polluting the active board
  • Dead-project reasons captured for later pattern-spotting
  • Pipeline value that reflects live work, feeding straight into reporting

Common questions

Can we keep our own production stages?
Yes. Stages, required fields and transition rules are configured to your company during setup — the board is meant to describe your process, not replace it.
How is this different from a Kanban board in a generic tool?
A generic board holds cards. 360 holds projects that know their own stage rules, their production teams, their client and agency relationships, their bookings and their financials — so moving a card actually means something downstream.
Does the pipeline feed the financial reporting?
Yes. Won and open-pipeline figures in the management report are derived from the same live projects the team already updates, so there is no separate month-end reconciliation step.
