Pricing

Pricing for 360

A ten-person production company and a sixty-person group do not need the same thing, and a public price list would be wrong for both. Pricing is quoted per company — but what shapes it is not a secret, so here is exactly how it works and what is included.

  • Every module included — no feature-gated tiers
  • Your own instance, not a shared row in someone else’s database
  • Onboarding and migration handled as part of the engagement

What drives the price

Two things, mostly: how many people need access, and how much shape your setup needs. A company running standard production stages is quicker to bring up than one with an unusual approvals process and years of history to migrate — and the quote reflects that rather than hiding it in a tier.

  • The number of people who need an account
  • How much configuration your stages and permissions need
  • Whether historic projects and contacts are migrated in

What is included

The whole platform. Pipeline, capacity planning, pitch reels, the CRM and network map, the knowledge base and AI assistant, financial reporting and the iOS app are all part of 360 — you are not buying modules back one at a time as the company grows.

  • All modules, for every customer
  • Your own dedicated instance and storage
  • Onboarding, configuration and support during setup

How to get a number

Book a demo. We will walk through the platform against how you actually run productions, and you will get a quote based on your team size and setup rather than a generic list price. Around 30 minutes, and there is no obligation attached to it.

  • A walkthrough shaped around your kind of work
  • A quote based on your team and your setup
  • No commitment attached to the conversation

Common questions

Why is there no price list on this page?
Because the honest number depends on team size and how much configuration and migration your setup needs. We would rather quote you accurately than publish a figure that is wrong for most companies who read it.
Are modules priced separately?
No. Every customer gets the whole platform — pipeline, capacity, pitch reels, CRM, assistant and reporting. There is no tier that withholds a module.
Do we share infrastructure with other customers?
No. Each customer runs on their own instance with their own database and storage, rather than as a tenant row inside a shared one.
What does getting started involve?
A demo first, then configuration of your stages, permissions and roster, and migration of the history you want to bring across. We handle the setup with you rather than handing over a login and wishing you luck.
