Relationships

A CRM for production companies, not for sales teams

In this business the next job comes from who you know — which is exactly what a sales CRM cannot model. It knows deals and contacts; it does not know that your executive producer shot with that agency’s creative director four years ago, and that this is the reason the brief landed. 360 keeps the relationships themselves, and makes their strength visible.

  • Agencies, clients, production companies and people in one graph
  • Connections weighted by real working history, not by data entry
  • A network map that shows where coverage is thin before it costs you

Your team Agencies Clients No recent contact

Every contact, one graph

Agencies, clients, production companies and the individuals inside them are linked to the projects, pitches and directors they actually touched. Nothing lives only in one producer’s inbox, and when somebody leaves, the relationships do not leave with them.

  • People linked to the organisations they work at, over time
  • Projects, pitches and directors attached to the relationships that produced them
  • Institutional memory that survives staff turnover

Bond strength you can actually see

A contact list treats everyone equally, which is why nobody trusts it. 360 weights each connection by real history — who has worked with whom, on what, and how recently — so the network map shows genuine strength rather than a list of names somebody once typed in.

  • Weighting derived from projects and pitches, not manual scoring
  • Recency accounted for, so a relationship can cool on the map
  • A visual read on where the company is genuinely strong

Know who should make the call

When a brief lands, the question is not only whether you know the client — it is who among you knows them best. The map traces the shortest strong path to the decision-maker, so the approach goes to the person who already has the relationship rather than whoever happens to be free.

  • Shortest strong path from your team to a decision-maker
  • Quiet relationships surfaced before they go cold
  • Coverage gaps visible while there is still time to fix them

Common questions

How is this different from a general CRM?
A general CRM models a sales funnel: contact, deal, stage. This models a production network — agencies, clients, directors and the working history between them — and derives relationship strength from projects you actually delivered.
Do we have to score relationships by hand?
No. Bond strength comes from real history in the system — who worked with whom, on what, and how recently. Manual scoring is what makes most CRMs go stale.
What happens to relationships when someone leaves?
They stay in the graph, attached to the company rather than to a departing colleague’s inbox, which is the point of keeping them centrally in the first place.
